Volunteering offers opportunities to meet new people, develop interests, develop friendships, acquire new skills, and work in an environment with flexible hours to fit children's schedules.

Children can also take advantage of educational offerings, discounts on admission, and other benefits.  The experience and knowledge gained can be used as job references and letters of recommendations.
